The Higher School for Teachers of Technological Education of Skikda informs all economic operators that Consultation No. 31/2026 concerning the rehabilitation works of the sanitary facilities of E.N.S.E.T Skikda has been declared unsuccessful.
This decision is due to the lack of secured funding for the required needs.
